Tinh - Vietnamese Guitarist & Storyteller

Tinh is an internationally renowned Vietnamese guitarist and storyteller. His compositions and stories are derived from his experience growing up in the midst of the Viet Nam War, and his later years living in Pakistan, the Philippines, and finally the United States.

Although the settings of his compositions and stories are mostly in Viet Nam, his warm and heartfelt messages are universal, timely, and non-political. Through Tinh's personal memories, his portrayal of the strength and courage in all humanity, of deep family love and spirituality, remind audiences of their own experience in life, their own families and that which is all-important in their lives. Ever present is Tinh's appreciation for the "American Dream" and his gratitude for his freedom, security, and endless possibilities.

Tinh is a founder of the Village School Foundation, a 501(c)3, non-profit organization that build schools, give out scholarships and provide health care to needy children and their families.

Tinh's also an award winning filmmaker.
